Date and Time<\/strong>: Monday, 05.03.2018, 14:00 \u2013 15:00 (CET) (Click here to register<\/a>)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n The webinar is dedicated to one of the services integrated by HIRMEOS on the five platforms involved in the project: the Named Entity Recognition and Disambiguation (NERD) service, the so called entity-fishing<\/em>. This tool allows to identify and extract entities (not only Named Entities such as names of persons, places and organizations, etc) within a text or PDF documents and match them to their \u201creal\u201d representation in Wikipedia and Wikidata.<\/p>\n The speakers will give a short overview of the activities of the HIRMEOS project and a detailed description of entity-fishing.
