The workshop offered  European publishers linked to a university, a research institute or a learned society as well as their associates and supporters the opportunity to meet, to get to know each other, to network, and to discuss important topics of high interest. The event was hosted by AEUP member Stockholm University Press at the Stockholm University Library.

For HIRMEOS were there Margo Bargheer (Goettingen State and University Library / Goettingen University Press) and Pierre Mounier (Centre pour l’édition électronique ouverte) to discuss about quality assurance, digital strategies & open access, business models & sustainability. Margo gave a talk about a ‘short history of AEUP’; Pierre presented OPERAS services in research cycle and offered AEUP to take part in HIRMEOS working groups.
